This Privacy Policy explains what information GIFT (Generational Investments for a Family's Tomorrow) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. GIFT is a life insurance and annuities practice operated by Chaz Nailor, a licensed insurance agent.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, best time to reach you, how you heard about GIFT, what best describes your interest, and any message you choose to write. If you book a Legacy Clarity Session or an Advisor Interview, the scheduling service collects the information you enter there, such as your name, email address, and the time you select. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that communication.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages requested. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools on this site.
Please do not send sensitive information through the site or by regular email. That includes Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, and detailed health information. If we move forward together, we will collect what is needed through the secure application process of the insurance carrier.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We keep contact and scheduling information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements for insurance agents. After that, we delete or de-identify it.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing chaznailor.php@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you. Some information may need to be retained to meet our legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections for this website and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
