I'm Chaz Nailor. I started GIFT because families deserve a clearer path to protecting what they're building — not a sales pitch dressed up as advice.

I'm one year into this industry. I say that plainly, upfront, because I think transparency is the whole point of what I'm trying to build here. What I don't have in decades of tenure, I make up for in how seriously I take getting this right for the people who trust me with it.

My "why" isn't really about a single person — it's about a purpose. I got into life insurance and annuities because most people don't have anyone in their corner actually explaining what these tools can do for their family, rather than just selling them. Too many decisions about protecting a family get made on assumptions, fear, or a rushed conversation with someone more interested in closing than in helping someone understand their options.

GIFT exists to change that — one conversation, one plan, one family at a time. Over time, I want it to be more than a practice: a small community built around people who believe families deserve clarity, not pressure, when it comes to their future.
